Junior Full Stack Engineer

The Role
You are early in your career and here to grow fast on a real, hard product.
You take well-defined tasks across the stack, a slice of an API, a screen,
a scheduled job, a set of tests, and deliver them well, with the architect and senior engineer guiding you. You are expected to build agentically from day one, using AI coding agents to learn faster and ship more while learning to judge what they get wrong. Over time you grow into owning whole features end to end.
You'll spend time inside dealerships, work closely with customers, and build systems grounded in operational reality—not assumptions.

What you'll own
Build well-scoped pieces across the stack: Django models, serializers, and tasks on the
back end, and React and Next.js screens and components on the
front, within the patterns the architect sets.

Work close to real data : Help build the integrations that bring in a dealer's data and the
tooling that makes it inspectable, learning how messy real-world
data becomes something trustworthy.

Use AI agents well : Lean on AI coding assistants to move faster, but learn to read
and verify what they produce rather than pasting it blindly,
especially on anything touching money or another dealer's data.

Write tests, including the unglamorous but vital ones that protect tenant isolation. You will learn early why these matter. Fix, instrument, and document. Chase down a bug, add logging, write the runbook entry. The connective tissue of a real system.

What we're looking for
Foundations across the stack : some Python and some JavaScript or React, from
internships, projects, or self-teaching. We care how you
think, not your years.
Already building with AI tools : You use AI coding assistants on your own projects and
are keen to get sharper at directing and checking them.
Care about correctness : You double-check, you test, and you would rather ask
than guess on something that matters.
Fast learner, low ego : You take feedback well, read code to understand it, and
are not afraid to say “I don't know that yet.”
Basic SQL and a willingness to get genuinely good at it.

Nice to have

Any Django, React, Celery, or SQL exposure, curiosity about LLMs and
agentic workflows, and comfort on the command line and with Git.

The Hard Truth
Early-stage startups are hard.
There will be ambiguity, changing priorities, and periods of intense execution because building from zero demands it.
But you'll own products end-to-end, work directly with founders and customers, and likely learn more in two years than many engineers do in ten.
