About Premagic

Premagic is an event marketing platform.
Our customers are event organizers. We help them run events, set up advocacy campaigns, and drive attendee engagement.
You will work with the team that keeps these customers happy and successful.

What you will do

• Onboard new customers. Guide organizers through setup and their first event.
• Set up advocacy campaigns. Help customers launch campaigns that turn attendees into promoters.
• Answer questions. Reply to customer chats and emails. Solve simple problems fast. Pass hard ones to the team.
• Watch usage. Spot customers who go quiet or get stuck. Flag them early.
• Write help content. Short guides, FAQs, and how-to docs.
• Join calls. Sit in on demos and check-ins. Take notes. Follow up.
• Share feedback. Tell the product team what customers struggle with.

What we look for

• Clear, friendly writing. You can explain things in plain words.
• Good listener. You care about the person, not just the ticket.
• Organized. You track your tasks and follow through.
• Curious. You like to learn new tools fast.
• Comfortable with data. Basic spreadsheets are fine.

Nice to have

• Interest in events, photography, or marketing.
• Any past support, sales, or community work.
• Familiar with tools like Zoho, Slack, or Mixpanel.
