Strategic Board Advisor (Volunteer / Pro-Bono)

The Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our advisory team to help guide TeenCapital through its next phase of organizational growth. As a Strategic Advisor, you will provide high-level mentorship, review our growth roadmap, and help us refine our approach to entering educational and faith-based markets. We are looking to bring on exactly two advisors to balance our strategic perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review quarterly progress updates and offer strategic feedback.
• Offer insights on partnership proposals, curriculum distribution, and scaling strategies.
• Serve as a trusted sounding board for our leadership team.

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for individuals with a strong background in at least one of the following areas:

• Education & Administration: High school principals, school board members, or curriculum directors.
• Corporate Finance & Business Scaling: Founders, executives, or financial professionals who understand B2B partnerships.
• Faith-Based Leadership: Pastors, youth ministry directors, or non-profit leaders.

How We Work (Asynchronous & Email-Only):

TeenCapital operates fully asynchronously. While the application platform requires listing a weekly hour minimum, the actual time commitment is extremely light—roughly 1 to 2 hours total per quarter. Once onboarded, all day-to-day updates, feedback, and strategic communication will take place exclusively over email to respect your schedule and keep our operations streamlined.
