What You'll Do

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll work across our entire platform, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and design to deliver high-quality features quickly and thoughtfully.
You'll help build scalable software while continuously improving our engineering practices and development velocity.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain features across our React Native mobile applications, web applications, and backend services.
• Architect clean, maintainable, and scalable software.
• Take ownership of features from planning through production.
• Build intuitive, polished user experiences that feel natural across platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Review code and mentor other engineers through constructive feedback.
• Help improve our engineering processes, tooling, and development workflows.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate implementation while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Continuously evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and best practices that can improve how we build software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience building modern mobile applications.
• Strong experience building modern web applications.
• Experience working across frontend and backend systems.
• Excellent understanding of software architecture and system design.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience working with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience building LLM-powered product features (tool calling, streaming, realtime voice, prompt design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
