Job Overview

We're looking for a hybrid SEO and Paid Ads Expert with 4+ years of experience and a strong marketing agency background. In this role, you'll own and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for our US clients.

Location: Remote
Working Hours: Core US collaboration hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST)
Compensation: ₹500,000 to ₹800,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

Paid Campaigns (Google and Meta).** Strategy, setup, optimization, and management of Google Ads (Search, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) to drive high-quality leads and ROAS.

SEO Strategy. Lead keyword research, technical audits, on-page optimization, and link-building to boost organic US search rankings.

US Market Targeting. Localize ad copy, creatives, and keyword strategies to align with US consumer behavior and cultural nuances.

Data and Analytics. Track performance daily via GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs. Deliver clear, actionable reports to stakeholders.

A/B Testing. Continuously test ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments to aggressively lower CPA.

Requirements

Experience.** 4+ years of dedicated experience running Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.

Agency Background. Proven track record managing multiple client accounts simultaneously under tight deadlines.

US Market Expertise. Deep understanding of the US B2B and B2C target markets.

Tools. Proficient with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.

Communication. Exceptional written and verbal English skills for high-converting ad copy and client-facing communication.
