Role Purpose
The Assistant Electrical Engineer will support the planning, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems across ST&GE Pvt. Ltd.’s turnkey sports infrastructure and construction projects. This role involves assisting in electrical design layouts, supervising site installations, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The incumbent will work closely with the Senior Engineer to deliver projects such as floodlighting systems, scoreboards, turf irrigation controls, and electrical infrastructure for stadiums and sports facilities. The role requires a technically sound professional with hands-on site exposure, problem-solving ability, and strong coordination skills to ensure timely and safe project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Site Support
• Assist in electrical design, load calculations, and layout preparation.
• Support installation of electrical systems including lighting, cabling, and control panels.
• Monitor day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site supervisors for material delivery and installation progress.
Quality & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to project quality standards and electrical engineering codes.
• Assist in preparing inspection reports and documenting site progress.
• Support compliance with government regulations, tender requirements, and client specifications.
Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain site records, daily logs, and electrical project documentation.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and share updates with the Senior Engineer.
• Assist in drafting technical correspondence, minutes of meetings, and client updates.
Coordination & Client Interaction
• Liaise with clients during site visits and inspections.
• Provide technical support during project handovers and maintenance phases.
• Escalate site issues promptly to the Senior Engineer for resolution.
Candidate Profile / Preferences
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Diploma holders with strong site experience may also apply).
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in sports infrastructure or construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Electrical), MS Office, and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel across India for site supervision and client meetings.
• Strong understanding of electrical materials, safety standards, and project workflows.
• Exposure to tender documentation and government projects is an advantage.
