We're seeking an experienced Blockchain & Crypto Coach to work with clients looking to break into or grow within the Web3 industry. This role includes guiding clients through blockchain strategy and cryptocurrency fundamentals, helping them understand smart contracts and decentralized applications, and building the practical skills needed for Web3 development roles. Coaches also support clients on the career side, offering resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance, as well as behavioral and technical interview prep tailored to blockchain and crypto roles. Additional support includes networking strategy, salary negotiation, promotion strategy, and guidance for those pursuing freelancing opportunities in the space. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in blockchain or cryptocurrency (as a developer, founder, investor, or industry professional), a track record of skill building in emerging Web3 technologies, and a clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
