Senior Technical Project Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Senior Technical Project Manager to take ownership of complex, mission-critical delivery lifecycles. You will serve as the "Technical Operator" and the primary liaison between our high-performance global engineering teams and our key client stakeholders.

Key Functions and Responsibilities

• Impeccable Communication Standards: Act as the gold standard for communication, ensuring zero ambiguity in requirements and feedback loops.
• Global Delivery Governance: Define and enforce a rigorous "Definition of Done" and ensure deliverables meet strict quality gates.
• Cross-Time Zone Rigor: Manage US/India distributed team complexity through high-touch communication protocols and effective handovers.
• Schedule Creation & Maintenance: Build and own comprehensive project schedules and timelines.
• Infrastructure & Pipeline Oversight: Drive the evolution from manual processes to automated, scalable deployment workflows.
• Strategic Client Management: Serve as the single point of contact for the client’s technical leadership.
• Process Architecture: Establish and maintain "Source of Truth" documentation practices.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, mission-critical software development lifecycles.
• Elite verbal & written communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical roadblocks into clear, concise business narratives.
• Global team leadership experience managing distributed teams across significant time zones (specifically US/India experience).
• Technical fluency in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or relevant Agile/Product Owner certifications preferred.

Occasional travel may be required (up to 5%), may include overnight travel. Coordination with the teams, primarily in India, would demand early morning calls/meetings. LearningMate has offices in India, the U.S.A., and global clients, with employees worldwide.
