Operations Intern (Remote)

You will support daily backend operations of HUGGED including sheets, groups, forms, payments, webinars, program onboarding, data organization and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain parent data sheets.
Track webinar registrations and attendance.
Update payment records.
Add/remove parents from WhatsApp groups.
Send reminders and onboarding messages.
Maintain program participant lists.
Coordinate with the caller/community/social media team.
Keep forms, links and documents organized.
Help with weekly reports.
Support app onboarding and feedback collection.

Requirements:
Good Google Sheets knowledge.
Comfortable with WhatsApp and Google Forms.
Detail-oriented.
Fast and reliable.
Basic English/Hinglish communication.
Startup operations experience is a plus.

Must maintain confidentiality of parent data and internal documents.
Prior startup, content, parenting, education or community experience is preferred but not compulsory.
