AI Software Engineering Practice Lead | Digital & AI Transformation

Entech is seeking an AI Practice Lead to help build and grow our Digital & AI Transformation practice. This person will partner with sales, delivery, and client leadership to identify AI opportunities, shape client solutions, support executive sales conversations, and lead strategic transformation engagements.

This role is ideal for a senior consulting leader who can translate business challenges into practical AI, automation, data, and software delivery solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams on client discovery, solution strategy, and executive sales calls.
• Identify high-value AI transformation opportunities across business operations, software delivery, workflow automation, data, and decision support.
• Shape AI transformation roadmaps, business cases, proposals, and statements of work.
• Lead client workshops with executives, business stakeholders, product teams, and technology leaders.
• Assess current-state delivery models, SDLC processes, governance, automation opportunities, and organizational readiness.
• Define future-state operating models using AI, intelligent automation, modern SDLC practices, and improved delivery governance.
• Provide thought leadership around AI readiness, adoption, governance, ROI, and scalable implementation.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of technology consulting, enterprise architecture, software delivery, or digital transformation leadership.
• Experience building and running software engineering teams
• Experience supporting sales teams, shaping, or leading AI, automation, modernization, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to support sales conversations and influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, application modernization, data platforms, and enterprise automation.
• Ability to build roadmaps, ROI models, value cases, and client-facing recommendations.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, and solution strategy skills.

Preferred Experience

• Financial services experience.
• Experience with low-code, workflow automation, or intelligent automation platforms.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI governance, MLOps, data modernization, or AI-enabled software delivery.
• Prior experience helping build or scale a consulting practice, solution offering, or capability area.
