About Noli Robotics
Noli Robotics builds autonomous robotic systems designed to function as the environment's immune system, detecting and responding to harmful emissions before they cause lasting damage. Our current system uses a coordinated fleet of scout, analyst, and responder units to locate, classify, and capture fugitive methane in the field.

About the Role
You will own mechanical design and fabrication for our aerial scout, ground scout, and responder units, including a 3D printing pipeline that combines resin printing for precision parts with FDM printing for structural components. You will help keep unit costs down as we scale from prototype to fleet.

What You Will Do

1. Develop and refine CAD models for scout and responder unit housings and mechanical assemblies
2. Operate and maintain the resin and FDM 3D printing pipeline
3. Support design for manufacturability reviews to keep unit costs on target
4. Conduct assembly, fit, and tolerance testing on printed and machined parts
5. Track material usage and unit cost across builds

What We Are Looking For

1. Pursuing a BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
2. Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or Fusion 360
3. Hands on experience with 3D printing, resin and FDM preferred
4. Comfort working in a fast paced, hardware focused environment
