About the Role
We're looking for a creative, strategy-driven Content Writer & Copywriter to join our team and bring Zell's voice to life across every platform — from Instagram reels to landing pages. You'll be the storyteller behind our brand, turning complex finance and career topics into content that students and young professionals actually want to engage with.

What You'll Do

• Develop content ideas and write engaging copy for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, email campaigns, ads, and website pages
• Write high-converting marketing copy for ads, landing pages, brochures, webinars, and promotional campaigns
• Craft compelling hooks, captions, headlines, scripts, and storytelling-driven content
• Research finance, education, career, and industry trends to keep content fresh and relevant
• Simplify complex finance concepts into clear, engaging, student-friendly content
• Build persuasive messaging that drives awareness, engagement, and lead generation
• Maintain a consistent tone of voice for Zell across all channels
• Track and analyze content performance, using insights to improve engagement
• Partner closely with designers and video teams to bring ideas to life

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in content writing and copywriting
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with a strong command of English
• Hands-on experience with SEO content creation writing blogs/articles that improve search visibility and organic traffic
