About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our Product & Engineering Documentation team. You will own the complete documentation lifecycle, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, Customer Support, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-quality documentation for enterprise software products.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product documentation.
• Create User Guides, Administrator Guides, API Documentation, Knowledge Base Articles, Release Notes, Integration Guides, and Troubleshooting Guides.
• Maintain documentation quality, consistency, and technical accuracy.
• Build documentation standards, templates, and style guides.
• Improve information architecture and content discoverability.
• Perform documentation audits and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create developer documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger, Postman, and related tools.
• Drive Documentation-as-Code initiatives and AI-assisted documentation practices.
• Analyze user feedback and documentation analytics to improve content.
• Mentor junior writers and promote documentation excellence across teams.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of Technical Writing experience.
• Experience in a Product company preferred.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Confluence
  • GitBook
  • ReadTheDocs
  • MadCap Flare

• Strong API documentation experience using:

  • Swagger
  • OpenAPI
  • Postman
  • Stoplight

• Working knowledge of Git, GitHub/GitLab, Markdown, HTML, XML, and CSS.

• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product, QA, and Customer Success teams.

• Familiarity with documentation governance, content strategy, and documentation analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's in Technical Writing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
