Full-Stack Developer + Customer Success Intern, AI/Event Tech

About the Internship

We’re looking for a smart, hungry intern who can code, communicate clearly, solve problems fast, and work directly with customers.

This is not a passive internship or a college project. You’ll work across product, technology, customer success, deployments, and live event execution. You may be fixing a Laravel/PHP issue one day, helping a client go live the next, debugging something urgent, testing workflows, training users, or supporting an event on-site.

The minimum internship duration is 6 months. Please apply only if you can commit 8 to 9 hours per working day. If college, exams, another internship, freelance work, or other commitments will prevent you from giving this level of time and focus, this is not the right internship for you.

This internship is intended to convert into a full-time role based on performance. Because of that, we are only looking for final-year students, recent graduates, or candidates who have already passed out and are ready to move into a full-time role if selected.

AI tools are changing how software gets built, but they do not replace strong fundamentals. We’re looking for someone who can read code, understand logic, debug properly, fix issues at the code level, and verify or correct AI-generated output instead of blindly accepting it.

You’ll also get exposure to the AI and agentic systems we are building, including AI Event Manager and other automation agents designed to change how events are planned, launched, managed, marketed, and executed.

This internship is for someone who wants to grow beyond basic coding into real engineering, product thinking, customer success, architecture, deployment, security, scaling, UI/UX, AI workflows, and live execution.

We’re building a high-ownership startup culture. This is not a clock-in, clock-out environment. Event days can be intense. Client deadlines are real. Travel may be required.

What You’ll Do

• Build, improve, and maintain parts of our event technology platform using PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Read existing code, understand logic, debug issues, and make reliable fixes.
• Work directly with customers to support onboarding, training, live events, and issue resolution.
• Assist with deployments, testing, troubleshooting, and production-readiness checks.
• Use AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools to move faster.
• Review, test, and correct AI-generated code instead of blindly copy-pasting it.
• Improve product screens, workflows, forms, and customer-facing experiences with attention to usability and visual quality.
• Support AI-first product work, automation workflows, and agent-based systems where required.
• Identify product gaps, bugs, and improvement opportunities from real customer usage.
• Travel for events when required and help ensure smooth on-ground execution.
• Take ownership of problems instead of waiting for perfect instructions.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong fundamentals and clear problem-solving ability.
• Working knowledge of PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or related web technologies.
• Ability to read unfamiliar code, understand existing logic, debug issues, and make fixes.
• Basic understanding of web applications, including frontend, backend, databases, APIs, hosting, and deployment.
• Interest in learning architecture, security, scaling, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, DevOps, and production systems.
• Comfort using AI tools intelligently without blindly trusting the output.
• Good product sense, basic UI/UX awareness, and an eye for clean, usable experiences.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to understand customer problems and explain solutions clearly.
• High ownership mindset, willingness to learn fast, and comfort with pressure.
• Willingness to support events, client calls, travel, and high-intensity work periods when required.

We’re open to final-year students, recent graduates, self-taught developers, or early-career candidates who have done real work and can show proof of it.

This is not suitable for students who still have multiple years of college left or cannot transition into a full-time role after the internship.

Good to Have

• Prior internship, freelance, open-source, or project experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools in real projects.
• Exposure to Linux, Git, APIs, MySQL, cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, logs, caching, queues, or monitoring.
• Experience working with customers, support teams, or client-facing roles.
• Interest in events, SaaS, AI, automation, cloud infrastructure, agentic systems, or product design.

This internship is designed as a pathway to a full-time role. Strong performers will be considered for full-time conversion based on performance, ownership, technical ability, communication, and cultural fit.
