As a developer, you will be responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. As a Python-Developer, your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Write code that will impact the businesses of thousands of SMEs across the globe.
Collaborate with Frontend to write, test, and deploy API endpoints.
Brainstorm features with the product team and guide decisions based on your knowledge of the codebase.
Take full ownership of the product starting from architectural and design decisions to shipping.
Architect, optimize and scale complex systems like the database engine and APIs
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
Create security and data protection settings

Requirements:

1+ year of professional experience building server applications using Python/Django along with Django Rest Framework and deploying those applications to the cloud.
Well versed with building scalable, understandable and testable code with an eye towards maintainability.
A good understanding of multi-process architecture and the threading limitations of Python.
In-depth knowledge of relational databases as well as key-value databases and are capable of designing scalable database models based on the product requirements.
Experience with in-memory databases such as Redis and queuing frameworks for running tasks asynchronously.
Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and information retrieval.
Comfortable picking up new stacks and choosing the right tool to get the job done.
Dev Ops Experience working with tools like AWS, Azure, Postman, Github etc.
