Customer Success Manager

ROASForm.com is growing fast and we need our first dedicated Customer Success hire.

Someone who can turn trial users into fans, save accounts other companies would let walk, and build the playbook from scratch.

About ROASForm:
We're a SaaS company that helps businesses turn more of their existing funnel traffic into more sales opportunities.

Our product includes a form builder, calendar, ad tracking technology, funnel builder, and more — tools that directly put money in our customers' pockets. When you demo this product, you're not selling vaporware. You're showing people something that works.

What You'll Actually Do (Not Corporate Fluff)

-Run live demos and onboarding calls via Zoom for trial users and new customers. Camera on. Energy up. You're the first real person they meet.

• Save accounts. Proactively reach out to at-risk customers, figure out what's wrong, and recover cancellations before they happen.

-Own the numbers. Trial-to-paid conversion, churn rate, retention — you'll track them, report on them, and be expected to move them.

-Provide real support (email, chat, Zoom) — troubleshoot issues, answer questions, be the person customers actually like hearing from.

-Gather intel. You're closest to the customer. Relay product feedback, spot patterns, and help shape where the product goes next.

-Build the playbook. Onboarding sequences, churn recovery flows, upsell strategies... you'll create the systems that scale this role into a team.

Who We're Looking For:

• 3+ years in customer success or account management at a SaaS company. Non-negotiable. We need someone who's done this before.

• You've saved churning customers and can tell us exactly how. Not theory — real stories, real numbers.

• You've tracked and improved conversion rates — trial → paid, free → upgrade, whatever the funnel. You know what levers to pull.

• You're comfortable on camera. Zoom demos, support calls, check-ins — you show up with energy and make people feel like they're in good hands.

• You're a self-starter. Small team, minimal hand-holding. If that excites you, you're our person.

-Ideally Based in LATAM or Europe

Bonus:
Experience with GoHighLevel, marketing funnels, paid ads (Facebook, Google), or form/funnel builder tools. Or experience working with a martech/marketing saas.
