About the Role
We are looking for a Business Partnership Manager who can take full responsibility for client acquisition in the United States market. The main target client segment is software engineers who need professional support with career growth, technical consulting, interview preparation, resume optimization, debugging, project support, and software engineering guidance.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong communication skills, understands how to find and approach potential clients, and can manage the entire acquisition process from first outreach to scheduled meetings and successful client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential software engineer clients in the United States through LinkedIn, professional communities, job platforms, social media, referrals, and other online channels.
Manage the full client acquisition process, including lead generation, prospect research, outreach message creation, initial communication, follow-up, meeting scheduling, client need analysis, and handoff to the internal team.
Reach out to software engineers in a professional, friendly, and persuasive way to introduce our services and explain how we can support their career or technical challenges.
Build trust with potential clients by understanding their needs, answering basic questions, and clearly communicating the value of our services.
Schedule qualified meetings with interested prospects and maintain organized records of outreach status, responses, follow-ups, and conversion progress.
Work closely with the internal team to share client feedback, improve outreach strategy, and increase client acquisition results.
Continuously test and improve outreach messages, target channels, and communication methods to generate better response rates and higher-quality leads.
Requirements
Experience in business development, client acquisition, lead generation, sales, partnership development, or client communication.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to independently manage the full outreach and acquisition process.
Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, Calendly, Google Workspace, CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
Good understanding of the U.S. software engineering market, career challenges, interview process, job search process, or technical consulting services is preferred.
Self-motivated, organized, result-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience acquiring clients in the United States market.
Experience working with software engineers, IT professionals, staffing companies, consulting companies, or career support services.
Ability to create professional outreach messages and convert cold prospects into scheduled meetings.
Understanding of software development, resume support, interview preparation, job support, or technical consulting is a plus.
Compensation
This role can be structured as a commission-based, bonus-based, or hybrid partnership opportunity depending on experience and performance.
