About the Role

You do not need a license or industry experience to apply. We are looking for motivated people who want to build a career in financial services, and we provide the training, mentorship, and licensing guidance to get you there.

As a Financial Professional with Finera, you will learn how to help families make smart decisions about protecting their income, planning for retirement, and building long term wealth. You start with structured training, work toward your state life insurance license, and then begin meeting with clients under the guidance of an experienced mentor.

This role is fully remote. You set your own schedule, and your income grows with your effort.

What You Will Do

Complete our training program and obtain your state life insurance license (we guide you through the entire process)
Meet virtually with individuals and families to understand their financial goals
Present personalized protection and wealth building strategies using products from top rated carriers
Follow up with clients and build long term relationships based on trust
Participate in ongoing training, team calls, and mentorship sessions

What We Are Looking For

No prior experience or license required
Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people
Coachable, self motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States
Able to pass a background check (required for state licensing)
Sales, customer service, teaching, or coaching backgrounds are a plus but not required

Compensation Details

This is a commission based 1099 contractor position with performance bonuses. There is no salary or hourly base. Your earnings are uncapped and directly tied to your production. Top performers in this industry routinely out earn their previous salaried roles, but success requires consistent effort, especially in your first year.
