Business Development Intern — Glowa AI (NYC)

Glowa AI is an early-stage AI startup building the AI-powered
Clinical Intelligence platform for medspa clinics.

We're hiring a Summer BD Intern — 2–3 months (July–September).Extend to full time role post summe.
This is a founding-team role, not a coffee-run internship.
You'll be on real customer calls from Day 1.

What you'll do:

• Sit in on sales calls with the founder — take notes, draft follow-ups, own CRM hygiene
• Own outbound sequencing: email, LinkedIn, Instagram DM to NYC + suburb medspas
• Research target accounts (NJ, Westchester, LI, CT, PA Main Line)
• Manage Calendly demo pipeline, follow-ups, and deck iterations
• Daily 9am standup with founder — become his operating partner
• Represent Glowa AI in early customer conversations

Looking for:

• NYU Stern, Columbia CBS, or comparable MBA / advanced undergrad
• Fluent written English, sharp email voice
• Detail ortiented
• Organized, ships on deadlines, comfortable with early-stage environment
• Minimum 20 hrs/week, NYC-based, in-person
