*Role Overview *

We are seeking a detail-oriented RFP Proposal Writer to support our IT Marketing and Pre-Sales team. The role involves preparing high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals by collaborating with internal stakeholders and ensuring timely, compliant, and compelling submissions.

*Key Responsibilities *

1. Analyze and respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and bid documents from clients
2. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Technical, Finance, and Legal teams to gather inputs
3. Write, edit, and format proposal content aligned with client requirements
4. Customize proposals to reflect company offerings, value proposition, and branding
5. Maintain a proposal content repository (case studies, profiles, FAQs, credentials)
6. Ensure proposals meet submission deadlines, compliance, and quality standards
7. Review proposals for clarity, consistency, grammar, and accuracy
8. Support pitch decks, capability statements, and marketing collaterals as needed

*Required Skills & Qualifications *

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or IT-related field
2. 1–4 years of experience in proposal writing / RFP management (IT preferred)
3. Strong written communication and documentation skills
4. Understanding of IT services, software solutions, or SaaS offerings
5. Ability to interpret complex technical information and present it clearly
6. Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel (proposal formatting is critical)
7. Strong time management and multitasking abilities

*Preferred Skills *

1. Experience working with US / UK / Global clients
2. Knowledge of CRM or proposal management tools
3. Exposure to digital marketing, branding, or go-to-market strategies
4. Basic understanding of compliance, SLAs, and commercial terms
