We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in client engagements by transforming business ideas into working software prototypes within days, not months.

Job Summary

As an AI Solutions Engineer (Rapid Prototyping), you will work directly with prospective clients to understand their business challenges, gather requirements, design solution architectures, and rapidly build functional prototypes using modern AI-assisted development tools.

This is a highly technical and client-facing role that combines solution architecture, software engineering, product discovery, consulting, and rapid application development.

You will be responsible for helping potential clients visualize their future products by creating interactive demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, MVPs, and prototype applications that showcase how their solutions could work in production.

The ideal candidate is a senior-level engineer, architect, or technical leader who leverages AI tools to dramatically accelerate software development while maintaining strong engineering standards and architectural thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand business goals, workflows, pain points, and product requirements;
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solution designs and application architectures;
• Design and rapidly develop working prototypes, MVPs, and proof-of-concepts using AI-assisted development tools;
• Build demo applications that help clients visualize future products and validate business concepts;
• Create full-stack prototype solutions, including frontend, backend, databases, integrations, and AI-powered features when required;
• Present prototypes and technical solutions to stakeholders and executive audiences;
• Collaborate closely with sales teams and Client Partners throughout the pre-sales process;
• Evaluate technical feasibility, implementation approaches, and potential project scope for prospective engagements;
• Produce architecture diagrams, technical recommendations, implementation roadmaps, and solution documentation;
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI development tools and workflows to maximize delivery speed and quality;
• Support transition from prototype phase to engineering delivery teams when projects move forward.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience;
• Experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Tech Lead, Solutions Architect, Staff Engineer, Founding Engineer, or similar role;
• Experience designing and building full-stack applications;
• Deep understanding of software architecture, system design, APIs, databases, authentication, cloud platforms, and third-party integrations;
• Hands-on experience rapidly building prototypes, MVPs, proof-of-concepts, or early-stage products;
• Strong experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, Lovable, Bolt, Replit, or similar technologies;
• Ability to leverage AI tools to significantly accelerate software development and solution delivery;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage directly with clients, executives, and non-technical stakeholders;
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to guide clients through product discovery and solution definition.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in software consulting, technology services, digital product agencies, or system integrators;
• Experience supporting pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales activities;
• Experience building AI-powered products, agents, copilots, workflow automation systems, or LLM-based applications;
• Experience with modern cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud;
• Familiarity with no-code and low-code development platforms.

This is not a prompt-engineering role.
The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer who leverages AI tools to accelerate solution design and application development.
