Computer Support Specialist

The Computer Support Specialist at One Mortgage LLC delivers technical assistance to employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues remotely. Responsibilities:

Provide remote technical support via phone, email, chat, and remote desktop tools

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues

Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications remotely

Support remote and field employees with timely technical solutions

Monitor system performance and apply security patches and updates

Document support requests, resolutions, and technical procedures

Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when required
