Are you passionate about bridging technology and business? We're looking for a Techno-Functional Specialist – CRMNEXT who can drive product excellence, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver impactful CRM solutions.

What We're Looking For:

✅ 3–5 years of experience with CRMNEXT (Functional expertise is mandatory; technical knowledge is an added advantage)
✅ Strong understanding of APIs, technology stacks, and system integrations
✅ Experience in stakeholder and vendor management
✅ Hands-on exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
✅ Excellent communication and project management skills

🚨 Please Note: We are exclusively looking for candidates currently working with or having relevant experience in NBFCs and FinTech organizations. Profiles from other industries will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Act as the bridge between business and technology teams
✔ Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions
✔ Work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality product enhancements
✔ Troubleshoot system and interface issues while ensuring optimal system performance
✔ Prepare BRDs, FDDs, and Technical Design Documents
✔ Drive industry benchmarking, data analysis, and product improvements
✔ Collaborate with Product, Development, Compliance, Risk, InfoSec, and other cross-functional stakeholders
