About RoundZero

RoundZero is building an AI-first hiring platform that evaluates people, not just resumes. The goal is to make hiring faster, fairer, and more effective for both companies and candidates.

The product is already built and live. I'm looking for someone who wants to build the business alongside me.

What I'm Looking For

I'm a technical founder. I'm looking for someone who complements that by owning the business side.

Ideally, you have experience in one or more of these areas:

B2B SaaS sales
Go-to-market strategy
Customer discovery
Partnerships
Marketing and growth
Building an audience on LinkedIn, X, or other platforms
Content creation or developer/startup communities
Fundraising or startup experience is a bonus

You don't need to have done all of these, but you should be comfortable talking to customers, validating ideas, and figuring out how to get a product into the market.

What You'll Do

Define and execute the GTM strategy
Speak with companies and candidates to validate assumptions
Drive customer acquisition and early sales
Build RoundZero's presence through content and community
Shape pricing, positioning, and messaging
Help make product decisions based on customer feedback
Work alongside me as an equal partner in building the company

What I'm Looking For in a Co-Founder

Strong ownership and bias toward execution
Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage startups
Honest communication and willingness to challenge ideas
Long-term mindset
Excited about building something from zero

Compensation

This is an equity-only co-founder role. There is no salary at this stage.

The expectation is that we build together, validate the business, and work toward making RoundZero a sustainable company. Equity will reflect commitment and contribution.
