DialNext is building the next generation of customer communication software for modern businesses.

We're creating a cloud contact center platform that helps teams manage calls, SMS, customer conversations, workflows, and AI-powered communication, all from one place.

We are an early-stage startup, which means you won't just be another engineer pushing tickets. You'll work directly on product decisions, architecture, and features that real customers use.

About the Role

We're looking for a Software Engineer Intern (Founding Team) who loves building products, experimenting fast, and taking ownership.

This role is for someone who enjoys figuring things out, shipping features, breaking things, fixing them, and constantly improving.

You'll work across the entire product - frontend, backend, databases, integrations, infrastructure, and AI-powered workflows.

If you want to experience what it feels like to build and scale a real SaaS product from the ground up, you'll enjoy this role.

What You'll Work On

• Build and ship customer-facing features using React.js, Node.js, NestJS, MongoDB, and TypeScript

• Create scalable APIs and backend systems

• Work on real-time communication features involving calls and messaging

• Build beautiful, responsive product experiences

• Integrate third-party platforms and APIs

• Improve performance, reliability, and product quality

• Use AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Copilot to improve development workflows

• Participate in product discussions and technical decisions

What We're Looking For

We care more about your ability to learn, build, and take ownership than your degree.

You should have:

• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript / TypeScript

• Experience building projects using React.js

• Understanding of Node.js and backend APIs

• Basic knowledge of MongoDB or similar databases

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly

• Curiosity to understand how products are built end-to-end

• Ownership mindset, you find solutions instead of waiting for instructions

• Comfortable using AI development tools to move faster and solve problems effectively
