M365 Exchange Engineer

Thin Technologies is seeking M365, Exchange, Active Directory, Azure Engineer to work remote anywhere in the USA. This role is a 1099 contract position and is on a per-project basis. You must have your own LLC or Corporation to partner with Thin Technologies service delivery team. In this role you will provide a scope of work and level of effort for the requested services.

You will be working on your own and will be required to take sole responsibility for each engagement, the configuration and quality of the project delivery. Some travel may be required but is unlikely.

Job Requirements

As a MSFT M365, Active Directory, Azure, Exchange Engineer - you will be responsible for the direction, engineering, maintenance, enhancement, availability, and support of the infrastructure technologies and supporting process around email, productivity and collaboration solutions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Engineer and Implement solutions, upgrades, patches, and enhancements to email, productivity, and collaboration solutions and related products.
• Respond to and resolve escalated incidents and problems for email, productivity and collaboration solutions and related products.
• Develop, automate, execute, and continually improve processes to support the use of the workplace solutions.
• Perform research, develop requirements and recommendations for new technology.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of current and emerging technologies with regard to Microsoft and the Enterprise suite. Certifications are prioritized.
• Engineer experience with M365 email and collaboration solutions.
• Good planning and prioritization skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, risk assessment and management skills.
• Ability to work with minimal direction, flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and schedules, handle multiple issues simultaneously, and to manage stressful situations.
• Interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and translate between various levels of associates (IT management, technical staff, business area customers, external parties).
