Strategy, Sales & Operations Intern

Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing, analytical, and purpose-driven Intern to support our Strategy, Sales, and Operations teams. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter with strong research, financial acumen, and testing/deployment exposure who is eager to contribute meaningfully in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with leadership to improve performance, strengthen systems and support revenue growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market, industry, and ESG research to support strategic initiatives
• Assist in data analysis, dashboard reporting, and performance tracking
• Contribute to financial modeling, budgeting insights, and cost analysis
• Assist in project management activities including documentation and reporting

Strategy
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Support strategic planning and growth initiatives
• Assist in preparing executive reports and performance dashboards
• Analyse business data to identify trends and improvement areas

Sales
• Support lead generation and pipeline tracking
• Assist with proposal development and client research
• Monitor sales KPIs and conversion metrics
• Contribute to CRM updates and reporting

Operations
• Support process optimisation and workflow improvements
• Assist in project coordination and execution
• Track operational KPIs and ensure alignment with business goals
• Support testing and deployment of internal systems

Skills & Competencies
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking
• Financial literacy and basic forecasting understanding
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly organised with attention to detail
• Comfortable working with data (Excel / Google Sheets essential)
• Self-motivated and solutions-driven

Preferred Background
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:
Business, Finance, Economics, Sales, Operations, ESG/Sustainability, or related field
• Interest in ESG, innovation, and global impact
