Content & Storytelling Intern

At flo101, we run two connected things.
One is an AI skill partner that helps people set real goals, build roadmaps, practice, and track verified progress. The other is flo101 experiences – live, experiential learning events for founders, marketers, and operators (think field challenges, decision-making formats, case competitions, not panel-and-pizza meetups).

At the core, you'll research what's happening in the startup ecosystem – trends, plays, what operators are actually doing – and turn that intelligence into content and experiences that feed flo101's digital and offline engine.

That research powers two output streams:

1. Playbooks, built from real conversations
Interview founders and GTM operators, then package the messy, real stuff into playbooks a busy founder would actually read and use. The research tells you who's worth talking to and what to dig into; the interview gets the gold; you turn it into something useful.

2. Creative learning engagement on our digital channels
Invent and run formats that make people actually engage with learning. For example:
-> mini case competition series (concept → brief → launch → running it → the wrap-up)
-> roadmap and learning templates people can pick up and use
-> own the day-to-day of our discord, keeping it active, welcoming, and built around real
contribution, not just chatter. welcome newcomers, run the recurring formats, and spotlight the work worth seeing.
