💰 Compensation & Earnings Blueprint (100% Performance-Based)
This is a 100% performance-based role with no fixed base salary, offering truly uncapped earning potential. The more revenue and strategic partners you secure, the more wealth you build.

Base Rate: $20 USD (Approx. ₹1,650 INR) per successfully booked appointment.
Acquisition Bonus (Passive Income Stream): Earn an additional 3% of the revenue generated by each affiliate you acquire, paid continuously for 1 full year.

🚀 What You Can Earn (Realistic Scaling Potential):
Month 1-2 (Pipeline Building): Focusing on expanding outreach and securing qualified appointments (15–20 booked appointments) ➡️ $300 – $400 USD / month (Approx. ₹25,000 – ₹33,000 INR)
Month 3-4 (High Performer + Early Passive Income): 25 booked appointments + 5 active affiliates onboarded and generating revenue ➡️ $500 (Appointments) + $400 (Passive Bonus) = $900+ USD / month (Approx. ₹75,000+ INR)
Month 5+ (The Snowball Master): Consistent appointments + multiple active affiliates stacking up monthly revenue streams ➡️ $1,500 – $2,500+ USD / month (Approx. ₹1.25 Lakhs – ₹2.00 Lakhs+ INR / month)
