💰 Compensation & Earnings Blueprint (100% Performance-Based)
This is a 100% performance-based role with no fixed base salary, offering truly uncapped earning potential. The more results you deliver, the more wealth you build.
Base Rate: $20 USD (Approx. ₹1,680 INR) per successfully booked appointment.
Acquisition Bonus (Passive Income Stream): Earn an additional 3% of the revenue generated by each affiliate you acquire, paid continuously for 1 full year.

🚀 What You Can Earn (Realistic Scaling Potential):
・Month 1-2 (Getting Started): Focusing on appointments alone (15–20 booked appointments) ➡️ $300 – $400 USD / month (Approx. ₹25,000 – ₹33,000 INR)
・Month 3-4 (High Performer + Early Passive Income): 25 booked appointments + 5 active affiliates onboarded and generating revenue ➡️ $500 (Appointments) + $400 (Passive Bonus) = $900+ USD / month (Approx. ₹75,000+ INR)
・Month 5+ (The Snowball Master): Consistent appointments + multiple active affiliates stacking up monthly revenue streams. ➡️ $1,500 – $2,500+ USD / month (Approx. ₹1.2L – ₹2L+ Lakhs INR / month)

The Snowball Effect: Your effort today builds a reliable, recurring passive income stream. As you onboard more affiliates over time, your monthly earnings automatically stack up. There is absolutely no income cap.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales and cold outreach (via email, LinkedIn, etc.) to recruit international affiliates.
Identify potential partners, pitch our AI solutions, and onboard high-performing affiliates.
Track your own KPIs and optimize your outreach funnel using data and numbers.
Work independently and align with global/HK time zones.

Requirements — Who We Are Looking For:

• Excellent English Skills: Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English (mandatory for targeting international clients).
• Data-Driven Mindset: You naturally use metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversion rates) to analyze and improve your performance.
• Resilience: You are comfortable with cold outreach, handle rejection easily, and possess a strong ownership mindset.
