Paddox Technologies is an AI company building a digital workforce. We build digital employees: AI workers that onboard, earn credentials, and take a seat on the org chart, working the same surfaces your team already uses. Instead of another tool bolted onto the side of the business, a Paddox digital employee is built into the org. It holds a role, reports up, and logs every action it takes. We deploy across the industries that run the real economy, from hospitality floors to engineering teams to enterprise operations.

The role
Design at Paddox is an unusual problem. A digital employee is experienced less through a screen and more through presence: a name, a voice, an identity that people trust and work alongside. As our Product Designer, you will shape both the product people use to deploy and manage digital employees and the brand and identity of Paddox itself. You will own how the whole thing looks, reads, and feels.

What you'll do
Design the product surfaces managers rely on: the org-chart dashboard, onboarding flows, and activity and governance views.
Shape the identity and presence of the digital employees themselves.
Own the Paddox brand across the site, the product, and company materials.
Turn complex systems into simple, clear interfaces, and hold the line on simplicity.
Work closely with engineering to ship, not just to spec.

What we're looking for
A strong portfolio spanning product or UI work and brand or visual design.
Fluency in Figma and a high bar for craft and simplicity.
Clear rationale behind your decisions, and the speed to show work rather than describe it.
Real care for the product: its story, its details, and how it makes people feel.

Nice to have
Experience designing for technical or B2B products.
Motion, prototyping, or front-end familiarity.
