With a strong brand and growing user base, we're now building a new product layer from the ground up to enhance the user experience and unlock the next stage of growth.

About Role: We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to build our product from scratch and lead its development from idea to launch. In this role, you will define the technical architecture, develop the MVP, hire and mentor the engineering team, and ensure the product is scalable, reliable, and delivered on time. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder with strong expertise in MERN stack and modern software architecture. Beyond technical skills, we are looking for someone who has successfully shipped products from 0 to 1, taking them from concept to market, and can demonstrate real impact through the products they have built. Experience: 4-7 years of experience (Ed-tech preferred)
Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
Mode: In-Office (5.5 Working Days)

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end technical development of our product from idea to launch.
• Design scalable and maintainable system architecture.
• Build and ship the website while balancing speed and quality.
• Hire mentor, and lead the founding engineering team.
• Establish engineering best practices, workflows, and coding standards.
• Make key technology decisions and ensure the product is built for future growth.

Requirements :

• 4-7 years of software development experience, including experience leading teams.
• AI-First Approach: Actively leverages AI to accelerate development and problem-solving.
• Proven track record of shipping products from 0 to 1 and taking them from concept to launch.
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and managing small engineering teams.
• Strong hands-on expertise in modern web technologies and scalable system design.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities.
