Senior Software Engineer (SDE III) — Founding Engineer · Amperity Argentina (Remote · USD · Full-time)

Amperity is a US AI-first Customer Data Platform — multi-patented identity resolution and customer data infrastructure for 400+ global brands (Alaska Airlines, Wyndham, DICK'S). We're building our Argentina engineering hub from the ground up and hiring the senior ICs who'll shape it.

You'll work on identity resolution at petabyte scale, large-scale pipelines (Spark/Kafka/Presto), agentic product UIs, and probabilistic/ML systems — with real ownership from day one. We hire across Backend/Core, Front-End, and Full-Stack tracks; all three are first-class.

We're looking for 6+ years of production experience, genuine end-to-end ownership, strong fundamentals, and fluent professional English (our team is US-distributed). Enthusiasm for functional programming is a plus — we use Clojure/ClojureScript (no prior experience needed).
