Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with ~3 years of experience to build scalable web applications across both frontend and backend. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in React.js for frontend and Python (FastAPI) for backend, with a solid understanding of modern development practices, APIs, and data handling.

This role is ideal for someone who:
• Can independently build features across the stack
• Has strong React + Python backend expertise
• Is comfortable working with data, APIs, and scalable systems

Frontend (React)
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js.
• Build reusable, modular, and testable UI components aligned with design systems.
• Translate Figma / Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Optimize applications using code splitting, lazy loading, and memoization.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
Backend (Python)
• Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI.
• Implement backend logic to support frontend features and business workflows.
• Build robust integrations with internal and third-party systems.
Full Stack Collaboration
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
• Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end.
• Take ownership of features from design through deployment.
Data & Database
• Perform data processing and transformations using Pandas and NumPy.
• Design and manage database schemas using SQLAlchemy.
• Work with PostgreSQL/MySQL, ensuring performance optimization and scalability.
Quality & Engineering Practices
• Write clean, well-documented code with proper unit and integration test coverage.
• Use Pytest, Jest, and React Testing Library for robust testing.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

Frontend
• React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
• HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design
• CSS Modules, Sass/SCSS
• State management: Redux / Redux Toolkit, React Context, Zustand, React Query
• Routing & APIs: React Router v6, REST APIs, GraphQL (Apollo), Axios/Fetch
Backend
• Python 3.x, FastAPI
• Strong understanding of OOP, async programming (async/await)
• API development and microservices architecture
Database
• SQL (PostgreSQL preferred)
• SQLAlchemy ORM, schema design, indexing, and query optimization
Tools & Ecosystem
• Build tools: Vite / Webpack, npm / Yarn
• Code quality: ESLint, Prettier, Babel
• Testing: Jest, Pytest, Cypress (E2E)
• Version control: Git (GitHub / Bitbucket)
