We are seeking a proactive Project Management Intern to drive execution across multiple teams at Jarurat Care. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinate daily tasks across a team (HR, tech, design, outreach or content team).
  2. Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables using structured systems (Google Sheets/Excel).
  3. Ensure clear ownership of tasks and follow up with team members regularly.
  4. Identify bottlenecks and proactively work to resolve them.
  5. Ensure prompt completion of tasks across teams and communicate updates and progress with stakeholders.
  6. Improve workflows and suggest process optimizations.
  7. Support leadership in managing ongoing initiatives.
  8. Document processes and create SOPs for smoother execution.

What you'll gain:

  1. Certificate of Internship.
  2. Letter of Recommendation (based on performance).
  3. Flexible working hours (remote work).
  4. Hands-on experience managing real projects and timelines.
  5. Mentorship in project planning, coordination, and team collaboration.
  6. Exposure to tools like task trackers, documentation, and workflow systems.
  7. Opportunity to build a portfolio with real project case studies.

If you are highly organized, love taking ownership, and enjoy solving problems, apply now and build a strong foundation in project management!

Other requirements include:

  1. Candidates who are genuinely interested in social impact, healthcare awareness, or NGO initiatives.
  2. Candidates who are comfortable coordinating with volunteers and remote teams.
  3. Basic understanding of project tracking tools, spreadsheets, or documentation systems will be an advantage.

However, interns will gain hands-on experience, practical exposure to real-world projects, mentorship from experienced team members, and the opportunity to develop industry-relevant skills in a collaborative work environment.
