Talent Acquisition Intern

We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Intern to join Jarurat Care and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. This role offers real exposure to sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and building strong candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment. You will not just observe hiring, you will actively own it. From identifying talent to helping close roles faster, you will play a key role in shaping the team behind meaningful social impact work.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Own and execute end-to-end hiring for assigned roles, from sourcing to final closure.
2. Source candidates actively from LinkedIn, Internshala, Twitter (X), and other relevant platforms.
3. Screen resumes and profiles to identify and shortlist strong role-fit candidates efficiently.
4. Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and continuous candidate follow-ups.
5. Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker (Excel/Sheets).
6. Ensure consistent engagement with candidates sourced from multiple platforms to improve response rate.
7. Support faster closure of hiring requirements without compromising on candidate quality.
8. Ensure smooth communication flow between candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
