About the Role
We're looking for a Community & Influencer Marketing Intern who lives and breathes creator culture. You'll help grow Martini Art's presence by building genuine relationships with creators, managing our community across platforms, and producing content that resonates. This is a hands-on role with real ownership — ideal for someone who already spends too much time on the internet and wants to turn that into a career.

What You'll Work On

• Influencer & Creator Partnerships — identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with creators and AI artists who align with Martini Art's brand; coordinate campaigns, gifting, and collaborations
• Community Building — grow and engage our community across Discord, Reddit, and social platforms; respond to comments, spark conversations, and make members feel seen
• Content Creation & Posting — create and schedule platform-native content across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, and Xiaohongshu; help develop a consistent posting cadence
• Trend Spotting — monitor what's happening in the AI video and creator space; surface relevant trends, memes, and moments Martini Art can engage with
• Campaign Tracking — track influencer and community campaign performance; report on what's working

What We're Looking For

• Genuine passion for creator culture, AI tools, and social media
• Strong written communication — you can match a brand voice and write captions that don't sound like a brand
• Experience managing or growing a social account (personal or professional)
• Organized and proactive — you follow up, you don't drop the ball
• Comfortable reaching out cold to creators and building relationships from scratch
• Based in the Bay Area or willing to relocate before starting

Bonus If You Have

• An existing presence or network in the AI art / AI video creator community
• Experience with influencer outreach tools (AspireIQ, Grin, or similar)
• Experience growing a Discord server or online community from the ground up
• Video editing skills for short-form content
