Gravity takes you from prompt to AI agents in 60 seconds. You don't build anything. You don't configure anything. You don't even need to know what an AI agent is. You just type what you want done, and it gets done.

It's a big leap from what is out there in the world. The next best platforms take hours to days of setup and finetuning. And they still break. We do it in 60 seconds, a 100x jump. Without setup. Without any finetuning. And it works. Every. Single. Time.

We're looking for someone who wants to build the AI that makes all of this actually work.

What you'll do

• Build and integrate LLM-powered features and agent pipelines (LangChain and similar) that turn a single prompt into executed work
• Develop agentic AI workflows - planning, tool use, and multi-step execution
• Improve our recommendation engine to make the product smarter about what users want
• Set up and maintain MLOps - deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD so AI features ship fast and stay reliable
• Experiment, ship, and iterate fast alongside the founder

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience with LLM integrations and frameworks like LangChain
• A real understanding of agentic AI - planning, tool use, multi-step reasoning
• Exposure to building or working with a recommendation engine
• Familiarity with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Python skills and the curiosity to build what doesn't exist yet
• Someone who builds, breaks, and ships fast in a startup

We are a remote-first team building this from India. The team is the whole game, so we hire intentionally and only bring on people who are genuinely exceptional at what they do. We would rather wait than settle.
