Executive Associate

Work directly with the Founder to keep the company running efficiently across operations, finance, hiring, documentation, and strategic projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys turning chaos into systems.

What You'll Do

Draft and manage business documents, proposals, contracts, vendor agreements, SOPs, presentations, and reports.
Own payroll and employee operations through RazorpayX Payroll.
Coordinate hiring processes, interviews, onboarding, and HR administration.
Manage founder calendar, meetings, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication.
Support finance operations including invoices, reimbursements, vendor payments, and compliance coordination.
Track company goals, projects, and cross-functional execution.
Conduct research and assist with partnerships, fundraising, and special projects.

What We're Looking For

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable with spreadsheets, presentations, AI tools, and business software.
Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and confidential information.
Strong ownership mindset and bias toward execution.

Preferred

Experience with RazorpayX, Zoho, Google Workspace, Notion, or similar tools.
Prior experience in operations, founder's office, executive assistant, HR, or business roles.
Startup experience is a plus.
