What You'll Do

Depending on your interests and strengths, you may contribute across multiple areas:

Growth & Marketing

• Create and manage LinkedIn and social media content
• Research market trends and competitors
• Support growth initiatives and outreach campaigns
• Help build the Orivanta brand globally

Business & Operations

• Research potential customers and industries
• Support lead generation and business development efforts
• Assist with customer onboarding and success initiatives
• Improve internal systems, processes, and documentation

AI & Automation

• Explore AI tools, agents, and automation platforms
• Assist in building automation workflows using modern AI tools
• Research AI use cases and implementation opportunities
• Contribute to product and automation initiatives

Product & Research

• Conduct product and competitor research
• Gather and analyze customer feedback
• Help identify new product opportunities
• Contribute ideas for product improvements and innovation

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Interest in AI, startups, automation, product, growth, or business operations

Previous startup experience is not required. We value attitude, execution, and learning ability more than credentials.
