About Soperant

Soperant is building the AI Workflow Operating System for service businesses. We help businesses capture leads, create estimates, follow up with customers, schedule work, and prevent revenue from falling through the cracks.

We're looking for a business-focused co-founder to help shape the company, acquire customers, build partnerships, and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery and user interviews
• Acquire and onboard pilot customers
• Develop sales and go-to-market strategy
• Build relationships with contractors, service businesses, and industry organizations
• Create partnership opportunities
• Support fundraising efforts and investor outreach
• Work directly with the founder on product direction and company strategy

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, entrepreneurship, or operations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment
• Self-starter with a bias toward action
• Passion for helping small businesses succeed

Preferred

• Experience working with contractors, trades, field service businesses, or SMB software
• Startup experience
• Existing network within Detroit, Michigan, or the service industry

Compensation

• Significant founder-level equity
• Cash compensation deferred until funding or revenue milestones
