Job Summary
We are hiring a Lead Gameplay Engineer to build and refine the core gameplay systems of Project Tyr. You will be responsible for delivering responsive, high-quality combat and player mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Implement and iterate on player movement, combat, and abilities
• Develop gameplay systems in collaboration with design
• Optimize responsiveness, feel, and performance
• Prototype new mechanics and features rapidly
• Mentor junior engineers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of gameplay engineering experience
• Strong C++ or C# skills
• Experience working with Unreal Engine or Unity
• Strong understanding of game feel, physics, and player control systems

Preferred

• Experience on FPS, action, or looter shooter titles
• Familiarity with animation systems and combat pipelines
