Product Designer UI/UX (Freelance/Part-time)(2+ years experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join us on a part-time/consulting basis. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. This role is ideal for designers who enjoy solving complex design challenges, working independently, and contributing to impactful products in a fast-paced startup environment.

What will you do? (but not limited to)

• Design and improve user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma or similar tools.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct design reviews and recommend UI/UX improvements for existing products.
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis when required.
• Ensure consistency across products by following and contributing to design systems and style guides.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Work on feature-specific design projects, enhancements, and design iterations as needed. Who can apply?
• Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX Design with a strong portfolio showcasing live products and design projects.
• Proficiency in Figma and other UI/UX design tools.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Ability to independently manage design tasks and meet agreed timelines.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote or startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain design decisions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows is preferred.
• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory. Engagement Details
