Outside Sales Representative — Phoenix Metro Area

About the Role

Jüulio™ is hiring an Independent Sales Representative in the Phoenix metro area to build relationships with independent auto body, collision, custom, and auto glass shops.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who wants long-term, consistent earning potential while maintaining full flexibility over their own schedule, time, and sales approach.

For the right salesperson, earning potential can begin on day one. If you can build trust with body shop owners and help them activate and start transacting through Jüulio™, you can begin generating residual income immediately and continue earning from active accounts as long as they remain with Jüulio™.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with long-term residual earning potential.

Estimated yearly compensation range: $27,000 – $135,000+

With a low-end estimate of 30 active accounts, Sales Representatives can earn roughly $27,000+ per year. With 100 active accounts in the Greater Phoenix area, Sales Representatives can earn up to $135,000+ per year.

Actual earnings may vary based on account activity, transaction volume, retention, and individual performance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact qualified repair shops in the Phoenix metro area
• Build relationships with shop owners, managers, and decision-makers
• Explain how Jüulio™ supports shop workflow, payments, and daily operations
• Schedule and conduct sales conversations, demos, and local visits
• Help qualified shops move through signup, account setup, and early usage
• Maintain follow-up with prospects and active accounts
• Represent Jüulio™ professionally within the local industry and community

Workplace Type

This is a remote, field-based role. There is no requirement to report to an office, and the Sales Representative will manage their own schedule independently.

However, candidates must be based in or near the Greater Phoenix area and must be comfortable visiting local auto body, collision, custom, and auto glass shops in person. This role requires local presence for shop visits, relationship building, and community involvement.
