AI Engineer - Full-time (US Citizens only)

We are looking for a passionate, driven AI Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to building the next generation of intelligent products and systems.

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to develop intelligent systems powered by open-source and foundational AI models. In this role, you will work closely with the AI lead, and other developers, to design, test, and deploy AI-Agent systems while optimizing performance and scalability in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI Agents to solve complex problems using natural language processing, LLM APIs, RAG, etc.
• Research and apply state-of-the-art AI techniques and algorithms to improve system accuracy, efficiency, and performance.
• Use Multi-Agent LLM frameworks to develop innovative applications.
• Implement data preprocessing, vector-database tools, testing, and deployment.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate AI applications/Agents to improve their performance in production environments.
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and best practices to ensure high-quality and maintainable AI code.
• Participate in rapid prototyping, experiments, and scaling of AI models for company internal and real-world applications.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Collaborate with engineers and the leadership team to build solutions that align with the company’s goals.
• Potential to obtain and hold a security clearance (US Citizenship Required)

Preferred:

• Experience with LLM-based applications using LLM API calls or LLM frameworks.
• Experience with Coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex-CLI, OpenCode, etc.

Qualifications:

• BS/MS in a quantitative discipline, preferably Computer Science, EE, Math or Physics
• Minimum 2 years coding experience in Python
