About the Role

ZAVE is looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is passionate about digital marketing, growth, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with the founding team to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms while helping drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and other digital platforms.
2. Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, and customer acquisition cost.
3. Conduct audience, competitor, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
4. Support A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, and targeting strategies.
5. Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
6. Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
7. Track marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
8. Assist in customer acquisition, retention, and remarketing initiatives.

Requirements

1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2. Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising platforms.
3. Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is a plus.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
6. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
