- Help formulate an effective, responsive design and turn it into a working theme and plugin
- Create and implement WordPress themes and plugins
- Understand coding languages like HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS
- Apply knowledge of basic aesthetics for website design
- Ensure high-performance and availability, and manage all technical aspects of the CMS
Responsibilities
- Design WordPress websites and webpages for clients across various industries
- Manage front-end and back-end web design
- Maintain well-documented, transferable, and adjustable code
- Communicate with clients to create plugins and website designs to meet expectations
- Stay up-to-date with new WordPress updates and changes
