Internship Overview

We are looking for a motivated HR & Recruitment Intern to join our AI-powered HR team. This role offers hands-on exposure to modern recruitment practices, HR technologies, and global talent operations. You will collaborate with senior HR professionals and international teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews
• Use AI-based tools for recruitment, candidate evaluation, and talent tracking
• Communicate with candidates and internal teams via email and LinkedIn
• Support onboarding processes and HR data management
• Assist in coordination with global HR teams and reporting activities

Requirements

• Studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Technology, or related fields
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR systems, and AI tools
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus (not mandatory)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup
