The Role
We are looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer who sits at the intersection of product, design, and engineering.
You are an engineer first, but you deeply care about user experience, design systems, performance, and product outcomes.
You'll help define and build the core experiences that recruiters, hiring managers, founders, and candidates interact with every day.
You will take complex AI-powered workflows and transform them into intuitive, elegant experiences that feel effortless to use.
This is a highly impactful role where you'll influence architecture, product direction, engineering standards, and user experience from day one.

What You'll Do
Build Core Product Experiences
Own and ship high-impact user-facing features across our platform.
Translate complex AI workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces.
Create experiences that users genuinely enjoy using.
Architect Scalable Frontend Systems
Design reusable components and scalable frontend architecture.
Establish best practices for:
- State management
- API integrations
- Performance optimization
- Design systems
- Testing and reliability
Build AI-Native Experiences
Work closely with product and AI teams to create workflows powered by intelligent agents and automation.
Help define how users interact with AI in recruiting, talent discovery, assessments, and hiring decisions.
Drive Product Innovation
Partner directly with founders, designers, and engineers.
Prototype quickly, gather feedback, iterate, and ship.
Turn ambiguous ideas into polished product experiences.
Raise the Engineering Bar
Contribute to technical strategy and engineering culture.
Mentor engineers, review architecture decisions, and help establish standards that scale with the company.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of frontend engineering experience
- Proven experience shipping production-grade products
- Strong expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend ecosystems
- Experience building scalable SaaS applications
- Strong understanding of UX and product design principles
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments is a plus
- Familiarity with AI-powered products and workflows is highly preferred
