We're looking for a creative and ambitious Social Media Growth Intern who wants hands-on startup experience and the opportunity to directly influence brand growth from day one.
What You'll Do
Create engaging Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other social media content
Design posts, carousels, reels, and short-form videos
Research viral trends and adapt them for Hariko
Develop content calendars and posting strategies
Increase follower growth, engagement, and brand awareness
Monitor social media analytics and performance metrics
Experiment with AI tools for content creation and marketing
Collaborate directly with the founder on growth initiatives
Requirements
Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools
Understanding of Instagram Reels, LinkedIn content, and viral content trends
Good communication and creative thinking skills
Self-driven and comfortable working in a startup environment
Experience managing personal or professional social media accounts is a plus

Compensation
This is currently an unpaid internship. However, interns may receive performance-based bonuses based on content quality, engagement growth, lead generation, and overall contribution to Hariko's growth.
